May was another great month for real estate sales on the Forgotten Coast in the key communities of Apalachicola, Cape San Blas/Indian Pass, Carrabelle, Port St. Joe, and St. George Island. There were 68 properties closed during the month with 106 properties currently under contract. Port St. Joe had the highest number of transactions with 17 closings while Cape San Blas also had the highest priced property to sell, a gulf front home in the Preserve at the Cape selling at $3.475 million.
