
Sales remained consistent in the Forgotten Coast real estate market during April in the key communities of Apalachicola, Cape San Blas/Indian Pass, Carrabelle, Mexico Beach/St. Joe Beach, Port St. Joe, and St. George Island. There were 35 single family homes closed during the month with 87 properties currently under contract. Port St. Joe had the highest number of transactions with 11 closings while Cape San Blas had the highest priced property to close, a gulf front, five-bedroom home at $2.349 million.
