February was another strong month for Forgotten Coast real estate sales in the key communities of Apalachicola, Cape San Blas/Indian Pass, Carrabelle, Port St. Joe, and St. George Island. There were 46 properties closed during the month with 118 properties currently under contract. Mexico Beach/St. Joe Beach had the highest number of transactions with 14 closings while St. George Island had the highest priced property to sell, a gulf front home in the Pebble Beach Village neighborhood of the St. George Plantation closing at $3 million.
