Sales fell slightly during the month of June on the Forgotten Coast in the key communities of Apalachicola, Cape San Blas/Indian Pass, Carrabelle, Mexico Beach/St. Joe Beach, Port St. Joe, and St. George Island. There were 56 properties closed during the month with 99 properties currently under contract. Mexico Beach/St. Joe Beach had the highest number of transactions with 18 closings while St. George Island had the highest priced property to sell, a gulf front home on the east end of the island selling at $3.229 million.
