Sales slowed slightly in the Forgotten Coast real estate market during June in the key communities of Apalachicola, Cape San Blas/Indian Pass, Carrabelle, Mexico Beach/St. Joe Beach, Port St. Joe, and St. George Island. There were 41 single family homes closed during the month with 67 properties currently under contract. Mexico Beach/St. Joe Beach had the highest number of transactions with 16 closings while Cape San Blas had the highest priced property to close, a gulf front home at $2.05 million.
