Real estate sales continued to rise on the Forgotten Coast during March in the key communities of Apalachicola, Cape San Blas/Indian Pass, Carrabelle, Mexico Beach/St. Joe Beach, Port St. Joe, and St. George Island. There were 47 single family homes closed during the month with 57 properties currently under contract. Port St. Joe had the highest number of transactions with 14 closings while St. George Island had the highest priced property to close, a gulf front home at $1.85 million.
