Sales remained slow along the Forgotten Coast during November in the key communities of Apalachicola, Cape San Blas/Indian Pass, Carrabelle, Mexico Beach/St. Joe Beach, Port St. Joe, and St. George Island as is typical for this time of year and in the current market environment. There were 35 single family homes closed during the month with 56 properties currently under contract. Mexico Beach had the highest number of transactions with 12 closings while Cape San Blas had the highest priced property to sell, a gulf front home in Monarch Beach selling for $3.04 million.
