What a pleasure working with Susan! Easy to talk to, and I now consider her a friend! I was in the market for a vacation condo, but a bit indecisive and new to the area. She not only helped me sort out what I really needed, she also educated me on the different areas I was considering along the Panhandle. The coastal market is very competitive this year, and there were a couple of negotiations that didn't pan out.
